I have been the Transaction Coordinator here in our office since the end of 2019. I help our office run smoothly, so I help get the paperwork done between Appraisers, Title Companies, and Lenders. I bridge gaps to make these transactions run as smoothly as possible so that all you have to worry about is where to sign, whether you are a buyer or a seller.
