  • Also, Lost Bridge Duck Club on the White River (between Bald Knob and Augusta) is a 3,700acre waterfowl club known for high duck concentrations during the wintering period.

  • Other Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs)
    While there is not a single WMA directly adjacent to Augusta, Arkansas’s Game & Fish Commission operates numerous WMAs statewide, offering hunting opportunities fairly accessible from the Augusta area. 
    In the greater delta/bottomland zone, you’ll find leased or public timber/wetland tracts, cropland edges, and backwaters where deer, turkey, and small game may be pursued (depending on permits and regulations).
