The North Red Springs Road (#03019-04001) is a +/- 50-acre tract of timberland located about five miles east of Gurdon, AR near the community of Red Springs (North 33.910789°, West 93.059968°). The entire property consists of merchantable mixed hardwood-pine. The topography consists of well-drained upland hills sloping downwards towards an intermittent creek drain surrounded by hardwood timber. Access is available with an open dirt woodsroad running northerly from Red Springs Road for about about a half-mile. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the soils consist of an assortment of sandy loam soils that give the property an average site index of 80.1 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50 years).
