Hello, I’m Pamela Welch, Principal Broker and Owner of Mossy Oak Properties Selling Arkansas. I was born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas, been a resident of Cave City, Arkansas for over 20 years and proudly serve clients across the entire state.

Working with a nationwide brand like Mossy Oak Properties has been one of the best decisions my husband, Arlon, and I have ever made. I am honored to have been nominated for Agent of the Year from 2018 through 2025, a prestigious recognition given to the top-producing agents nationwide. I am proud to share that I have been awarded Agent of the Year Nationwide for six consecutive years (2020–2025)—making me the first female to ever receive this award and one of the only agents to achieve this level of consistency.

In addition, I have earned the Rainmaker Award for four consecutive years, and in 2025, I was honored with the Big Fish Award. I have also been recognized by Land.com as the #1 Individual Producer in the Southeast Region in 2023 and top for three consecutive years, which covers 12 states in the South East Region.

In 2025, I closed over $76 million + in sales volume, sold over 10,000 + acres, and completed more than 230 transactions—making it a tremendous year and 2026 is already shaping up to be even better!

One of the most rewarding parts of this business is having an incredible team behind me. I have my husbad, Arlon Welch, who is also an agent/land specialist and my best friend!  We have a professional drone operator and photographer dedicated to showcasing every property at its absolute best. In the office, we have a transaction coordinator who is also a licensed agent, Robin Welch, helping ensure every detail is handled smoothly from contract to closing. My son, Brayden Welch, is also an agent in the office and plays a key role in mapping, entering listings, placing signage, and maintaining our properties.

Our work doesn’t stop during the week—our weekends are spent making sure our properties and signage are clean, visible, and presented at the highest level. This hands-on approach is part of what sets us apart.

We proudly operate our main office in Cave City, Arkansas, with branch offices in Searcy, Horseshoe Bend and Batesville Southside, and we are growing every day. We also have exciting news coming soon, as our team continues to expand with new agents joining us.
