Hello, I am Brayden Welch, born in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  I am married to my best friend, Robin Welch, who is an Insurance Agent with Backroads Insurance Company that is also associated with the Mossy Oak Properties office in Cave City.  We have 3 children and we live in Cave City, AR.  After growing up on a farm with my parents I realized that the outdoors is where I want to be!  As a child, I drove a tractor, watered rice and beans, along with all other jobs that come with being a farmer.  I am also a hunter which comes with me enjoying the outdoors! While assisting my parents with the construction of their home, I also learned that I enjoy woodworking in my spare time.  I have grown up working alongside my parents all my life helping with everything from row crops, and poultry houses, to real estate and Insurance but my passion is real estate.  I was a first-time homebuyer in 2020 and the process was overwhelming in the beginning with me not knowing where to start.  Thankfully I had my parents there to guide me along the way and the process was so easy.  This is one thing I will enjoy, helping young adults in the first-time home-buying or first-time farmer loan process!
