Hi, I’m Brayden Welch, a full-time real estate agent with Mossy Oak Properties Strawberry River Land & Homes. I was born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and now live in Cave City with my wife, Robin Welch, and our three children. Robin is also a real estate agent, and together, we work side by side every day to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market with confidence.
Growing up on a farm, I learned the value of hard work, land management, and the outdoors. From an early age, I was driving tractors, watering rice and beans, and handling all the responsibilities that come with farming. I’m also an avid hunter, which has only strengthened my appreciation for land, conservation, and rural properties.
While assisting my parents with building their home, I discovered a love for woodworking—a skill that still brings me joy today. Over the years, I’ve worked alongside them in row crop farming, poultry operations, real estate, and insurance, gaining hands-on experience in multiple industries. But real estate is my true passion.
In 2020, I became a first-time homebuyer, and while the process felt overwhelming at first, my parents guided me through it. That experience inspired me to help young adults and first-time buyers who may not know where to start.
