Hey there, I’m Brayden Welch, a full-time real estate agent with Mossy Oak Properties Selling Arkansas. I was born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and now call Cave City home, where I live with my wife, Robin, and our three kids. Family means everything to me, and so does helping others find the right place to plant their roots.
I grew up on a farm, and that’s where I learned what hard work really looks like. From sunup to sundown, I was in the fields—driving tractors, watering rice and beans, fixing equipment, feeding animals—you name it, I did it. That kind of life teaches you patience, grit, and how to truly respect the land. It’s also where I fell in love with the outdoors, and why rural land and hunting properties mean so much to me.
I’m a pretty quiet guy by nature, but I listen well, and I care deeply. I know buying or selling a property can feel like a big leap—especially if it’s your first time. When I bought my own home in 2020, I remember how overwhelming it felt. Now, I get to walk alongside folks through that same journey, helping them feel steady and confident every step of the way.
My wife, Robin, is also a licensed real estate agent, and we work side by side every day. Whether we’re out showing property, talking shop over dinner, or helping a family find the perfect place to call home—we’re in this together. We each bring our own strengths, and together, we make a strong team dedicated to serving our clients with honesty and heart.
