Meet Arlon Welch – A Lifetime in the Outdoors

If you’re looking for someone with a long list of degrees and titles, I may not be your guy. But if you want someone who has spent a lifetime working the land, making decisions in the field, and living in Mother Nature’s classroom, then I’m exactly who you need.

For over 30 years, I made the day-to-day decisions on a 6,500-acre row crop farm, learning firsthand what it takes to work the land successfully. Along the way, I’ve managed an 800-acre tree farm for 18 years, ensuring proper growth and sustainability. I spent 12 years managing a 600-acre cattle farm, understanding the ins and outs of livestock care and pasture management. There was also the 100-acre catfish farm I operated, along with a 300-head hog farm, each teaching me more about the balance of nature and agriculture.

Beyond farming, I’ve spent years as a duck, deer, and turkey hunting guide, leading hunters to some of the best experiences in the woods and on the water. As a professional trapper, I held a nuisance animal control license, helping landowners protect their property and livestock from unwanted predators.

The outdoors isn’t just my passion—it’s my way of life. I know the land because I’ve lived it. I’ve worked side by side with farmers, hunters, and investors who wanted to make the right choice when buying or selling property. If you’re looking for someone who understands land, wildlife, and what makes a great investment, I’d love to help.

I have plenty of references from out-of-state buyers who have bought and sold with me, and I’ll work just as hard for you.

Give me a call or text at 870-897-9080 , or reach out to my wife, Pamela Welch, at 870-897-0700 . Let’s find the perfect property for you.
