The farm is estimated to be 2,032 acres i production or 88.5%, with 90% or 1,829 acres being irrigated. There are 10 pivots irrigated approximately 802 acres. The balance of the irrigated acres has been land formed for row irrigation. There are three groups of farm tracts that are located south of Marvell, AR approx. 7.5 miles. All tracts are located on or near paved roads near the Walnut Corner and Gobell communities and are easily accessible by county road frontage. The idea that you can purchase nearly 2300 acres relatively close to each other is very unusual these days. The farm soil NCCPI rating ranges from 57.53 to 70.92 for the various tracts.
